Obituary of Linda Lee MacDonald
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Linda Marlatt MacDonald on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, peacefully surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren.
Linda was a lifelong resident of Boonton, a daughter of Edward "Jake" and Edna (Decker) Marlatt. She was a wonderful wife and mother who was always there when we needed her. She provided support and love for her family without exception. Linda had many friends and was a well loved member of her congregation.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, John R. MacDonald, Jr.; her son, Scott MacDonald; her daughter, Brenda L. MacDonald Young; her adored grandchildren, Michael, Tracey, Meagan and Morgan Young and Jack Logan MacDonald. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Beverly Marlatt.
Arrangements were private and provided by Codey & Mackey Funeral Home of Boonton. No services have been planned at this time.
