Dear family and friends of Jette
Even though being on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in Denmark we will all miss Jette dearly.
As written Jette left Denmark many years ago, but as sisters, she and Lone never lost their connection and love for each other.
For more than 60 years Jette and Lone have been in contact with each other every week. The loss has left an emptiness in us all, but especially in Lones heart and mind.
Every Saturday at the exact same time Jette called Lone or the other way around. Now the calls only take place in heart and mind.
We, in the next generation, will always remember Jette for her kindness, care and warmth.
Both visiting Jette in New Jersey, and when Jette visited Denmark, it always came with a hospitality and warmth, than even our kids, being so young then, could feel it from her. They, and we, loved being and together with and spending time with Jette.
Jette will stay in our hearts and minds, and our memories of her will live forever.
