I am truly lucky to have been Victor's girlfriend and fiance for the last 16 years. Victor was a loving, compassionate, caring, and giving man. Those who were lucky to include him in their family and as a friend know how special Vic made them feel. It was important to him that all who were close to him were happy, and would be sure to cheer up anyone going through a difficult time. I miss him everyday, but all the wonderful memories of our time together fill my heart. Rest in Paradise. "Panky".

Vic was a very talented artist with a great sense of humor. We are very honored to have been part of his life. He made my Aunt Valerie very happy and I’m so very sorry that they didn’t have more time together. We were so looking forward to their wedding. I am Valerie's friend since the beginning of high school and, except for becoming a Mom, I never saw Valerie as happy as she became after meeting and loving Vic. He was a generous and truly caring person. Whenever she mentioned him or talked to him in person or by phone, she had an instant smile on her face and I could here the happiness in her voice. The same was true when he spoke to her . They are soul mates. I feel so bad that their time together on earth was relatively short, but I am happy they found each other. When God brings love into your life, whether a child, spouse or friend, he doesn't say how long we will have them here, but to be grateful for them, the time here you share and knowing love lives on. God Bless you Victor. It was a pleasure knowing you and I am so glad you made Val so happy
