Doris Buis Beloved wife, mother & grandmother Doris Buis, 84, of Montville, NJ, peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Born in Belleville, NJ to the late Herbert and Erna Zimmermann, Doris was raised in Parsippany and lived the past 55 years in Montville. She was the manager of the company store at Novartis in East Hanover for 35 years before her retirement. Surviving are her beloved husband, John Buis, devoted children, Michael Buis, Robin Bielski and her husband Howard; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Susan Wachtel, grandson, Tyler, brother, Richard Zimmermann and sister, Helen Hess. Visitation will be on Monday, October 7th from 5-8 pm at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ. Services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, October 8th at 11:00 am. The interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, NJ. Please visit codeymackeyfh.com to share a condolence or a memory. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mt.
