Hello Family and Friends,
My name is Nicholas. Though you don't and Mr. Sutter didn’t know me, I still feel compelled to offer my condolences. I lost my Father 20 years ago and the sense of lost is still there. So i know a little of how you feel and my prayers are with you.
As I watched the brief view of Mr. Sutter's life, it touched me that through all of life's twist and turns, he and his beloved wife remained together. Truly a remarkable thing in this world of unfaithfulness. I also admired the family life i saw, that expanded as the years went by. It was such a blessing that he was able to see Grand children and possibly Great Grands.... I always point out the fact that death is not natural and that this was not the way God intended life to be for us.... We were made to live forever, so no matter how long we live, when life comes to an end, there is great grief.
What has helped comfort me greatly is the scripture at Revelation 21:3, 4 there it reads: With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.+ 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,+ and death will be no more,+ neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.+ The former things have passed away.”
And especially … Romans 5:28 Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice+ 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.+
This information about death being no more really intrigued me! I wanted to learn more. By studying the bible I learned that all those in the memorial grave will be resurrected back to earth!! I have continued to study and found out more facts that have built my faith that these things are going to happen in the near future. If you want to learn about this and how you can welcome back your dear loved one, Mr.Sutter, please go to www.jw.org and look up "Resurrection Hope" and you will find scriptures in the bible that will change your life and bring you great comfort.... as it has myself.
Again, my deepest condolences...
Nicholas

To The sutter family,
My condolences on your loss. Mr. Sutter was a great teacher, and he had a
great sense of humor! He certainly needed it the first day I got behind the wheel in driver's ed. I should have paid more attention to my father when he was driving.
I might as well have been flying an F16 fighter plane that day. Initially I think Mr.
Sutter and the other students thought I "was putting them on," but then there was
fear in their faces in the rear view mirror. I suspect I was one of his more memorable and famous students afterwards. He was roaring with laughter when I got that car back to VHS, and threw it into park. Amazingly I went on to become a safe driver
with no tickets or accidents, and often driving 20,000 miles a year in sales jobs.
There you go - Morris Sutter "was a great teacher!"
Sincerely
Joe "Krack" Krackenfels
VHS 1965-69
PS In truth I did fail the NJ state driving test 3 times. My dad's car was
too big. I switched to a smaller vehicle, and passed easily as a result.

I only learned a few hours ago (Jan. 6) that Morrie passed away. We were out of town at the time. I loved him to death as we always had a few funny comments for each other and he was a great part of our son Jay's growing up with Sean. We were saddened to hear the news and our deepest love and sympathy go out to you and your family.
Regards
Ginny & Joe Hanley

I would just like to extend my condolences to the Sutter Family. I had the opportunity to coach with Morrie at Morris Catholic HS in 1985 and it was a great experience as Morrie's sense of humor and insights gained through years of coaching experience made us better. Morrie was a great coach but he was even a better person. Again, I am very sorry for your loss. Know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

So very sorry to read of Morrie's passing. I lost touch with your family, which often happens when the older generation passes. We had a lot of fun times together as children and my prayers are with you all.

My heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Morrie. I was a colleague of his at Verona High School. I am unable to be at the wake, but I wanted to say what a wonderful guy he was, always with a smile for everyone in the halls. "Hey, Maurie," he'd say to me (my name was pronounced like his), "I like that name!" He will be remembered fondly in my thoughts and prayers.

We all love and will miss Uncle Morrie.
We will never forget his stories, especially being part of many of them. He is one of the strongest, and respected men I have ever met. To that, he raised a remarkably beautiful, strong, resilient, kind and generous family. We love you all and sadly share in your incredible loss.
Rest in peace Uncle Morrie.

Dear Bev and Family
As Bob Hope always said "Thanks for the Memories". Morrie thank you for the many memories, the thousands of laughs we had during his morning visits to my office at VHS, the good times at our children's weddings and most of all the friendship we shared over many years. Kemp and I cannot find words that will comfort you all at this time but please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Joanne and Kempy

There are no words right now other than to say you and Morrie were icons in our class. The love you had for each other overcame the many challenges you had to face on your journey. I loved Morrie along with all our classmates. Kind, empathetic, a real friend, to say nothing of how handsome he was and continued to be as the years went by. Your strong stability through the rough times is to be commended. We all love you and "I love you Morrie."
