I had the great honor to work with Elmo for many years. He was a very passionate, kind and hard working gentleman who had a great influence on so many people around him. His legacy lives on not only in form of the work that changed the whole industry but also in memories of all co-workers who called him Mr. DiIanni or just Elmo. I was very lucky to have Elmo as my tutor, boss and a good friend. It is a sad day for everybody who knew him. He will be missed but not forgotten. Sincere condolences to his family.
