Dear Ron, Amanda, Kristina, April, Mike and family,
Sam was a terrific and courageous woman who fought the good fight. I remember visiting her when she came home and you all gathered around her. She was so happy. I know she appreciated all that you did for her. Cherish the good times and know that she is smiling upon all of you from heaven.
