Anthony V. Kromka, Ret. US Army, of Boonton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 after a brief illness. He was 85 years old.
Born and raised in Montville, NJ, Anthony was the son of late Joseph and Mary Kromka. He joined the US Army and retired as a 1st Sergeant.
After his honorable discharge, Anthony worked for JCP&L in Morristown, NJ for many years before his retirement in 1993.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Anastasia (Uhrbach); devoted daughter, Elizabeth Paup and her husband, Daniel; loving grandchildren, Casey (Brian) Barger and Jeremy Paup; cherished great granddaughter, Kelsey.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ 07005 on Friday, November 30th from 10 -10:45 am follow by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Catherine of Siena R.C. Church, Mountain Lakes, NJ. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Paterson, NJ.
